I am a Gestalt therapist working in a supportive, nurturing environment for people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, conflicts in relationships, life changes and many other ongoing difficulties and challenges.  I am passionate about giving my clients the support they need to increase their wellbeing, deepen awareness and experience fulfilling lives.

I support my clients to step into the lives they want to live as we work to resolve personal issues and concerns. My intention is to create a respectful, receptive and non-judgemental environment and to support you with your specific needs. There are all sorts of reasons why people seek therapy, and I tailor our work together to meet your specific needs.  Therapy can be short, medium or long term, depending on what you are needing.

My approach to therapy is about helping you get in touch with the natural intelligence that exists within you. When space is made to listen to this intuitive self, our self-dignity, our sense of connection and our self-esteem naturally start to resolve, grow and change. My interest is in supporting individuals to navigate and understand our complex world by strengthening this innate knowing.
